"Great experience!!!! I drove up twice to buy ( 147 miles one way ) to buy my GL1800 Goldwing. Seth took alot of time to make me and Bobbi happy and relaxed. Clayton in the service area was a great help in going over the functions of the bike. Heather went the extra mile to get us the best financing. Mike in the parts dept. helped alot with getting a helmet that fits,and had alot of info about ride events. All the staff was helpful and fun to talk with. "Recently I took my BIG DOG K-9 to have my speedo serviced. Two friends of mine went along for the trip, 150 miles. Upon arrival I was given promt service by the service department. As Ron went outside to get my K-9 he noticed that my friends, who by the way are also proud owners of BIG DOG'S CHOPPERS, had a recall that had to be taken care off. He immidiately took care of the recall. And by the way it only took him approximately 15 minutes to replace my speedo. Hey, Hank, Danny, Mike and Ron keep up the good work. "Wanted to thank you all for all the help from start to finish. I have been a going to JHMS for 15 + year's!!!! Was involed in a car wreck 4 year's ago and have been unable to ride. Was talking with someone and they had mentioned the Spyder. I looked it up online and at the time Longview TX was the nearest dealer. My dad called me a couple of days later an told me JHMS was now going to be a dealer and they were having demo rides. I called Kevin Horton he confirmed and told me more information about the SPYDER. I went to the demo and was hooked. Hank and Danny ordered the SE5 for me and need less to say I went back in to follow up on the Spyder order and started looking at the scooters. Saw a preowned Honda Silverwing. Mike in parts sold me and my family helmets, Willie and his team had it serviced and ready for me to pick up and I rode it out today. It feels great to be back on a bike. Honest to God if anyone out there reads this? The folks are the best in the bussiness to deal with.

"I traded in a Shadow ACE 750 for a decked out 2002 Honda VTX1800 when buy oil for the ACE. Sales was great in their help with my purchase. I was actually eyeing a new 06 VTX with less gear. I went and got my wife to show her and we saw the 02 model. We are extatic with the bike and are greatfull that our sales guy didn't try to push me on the more expensive less decked out new bike. It makes for a great experiance and has kept me returning to the store because I know they aren't a "pushy" dealership. Again I was amazed with the service department. The turn around time is the fastest I have experienced and they still take the time to go above and beyond expectations. I recently dropped my bike off for its 16K service and, due to riding in the rain the week before and day of drop off, it was quite dirty. When I picked it up it looked great, they even called me with status reports as they were working on the bike. I have never had a service department with bikes or cars do such great work in both maitenance and customer service. They truly take care of their customers. It is a true mark of guys who like to ride and keep their customers riding happy and safe as well. Thank you Joe Harrison's Sales and Service."

"I’m taking this opportunity to extend a heartfelt thanks and kudos to your service staff. Wow, what a team!
I traveled from Tulsa, Ok to Lackland AFB for training on my newly purchased ’07 Goldwing. I had a problem with a fuel vapor smell which my home dealer could not duplicate. After being here for a week the problem got worse so by chance and the Yellow Pages I called the Joe Harrison service department and explained my predicament. They scheduled me in at my convenience and Mikey took it for a ride, immediately noticing the problem as did Willie as it pulled into the shop.
I obviously did not buy the bike from Joe Harrison but Wille, Mikey and crew immediately made me feel not like a customer but a life long friend. My bike was in and out in very short order (only transportation I had) and ran better after your tech worked on it than it ever had in 6500 miles.
Thanks Mikey for inviting me to go on a Joe Harrison ride! You and Fred made it a blast and my wife wishes we had a crew like you guys to ride with back home.

"My experience with Joe Harrison Motor Sports started after I purchased an 06 K-9 from another dealer. I live in the DFW area and there are Two local dealers there and I have had Very bad experiences with the both of Them...To say the least. I found myself Very discouraged to be A Big Dog owner.
My job requires me to travel and I ended up in San Antonio About a year Ago And Brought my K-9 in to Joe Harrison For Service Work. I was Immediately Impressed With All of the staff in all departments. I found everyone to be extremely knowledgeable about my motorcycle, I was treated Like I was there best Customer, best friend or family. Everyone there has always been kind courteous and professional. Sense That first visit Joe Harrison Motor sports continues to impress me with their service and professionalism. "A few weeks ago I came in looking for a Suzuki 800 or 1400. I like the room of the 800 and the power of the 1400 since I had owned one before.Danny DelBosque was the salesman that helped me look at the two bikes and tried to make sure I was satisfied with whichever one I would choose. He took the time with me that I needed to make a decision working up prices on both bikes. when it came down to the time for me to decide when I told him I would I changed my mind and started looking at the VTX1300S. Danny was NOT upset with me for changing my mind and worked up a price for me on the last 2005 in the shop.
Boy am I happy that he did because this is the first NEW bike I have ever bought and I could not be more happy with it. I am 54 years old and have owned many bikes in my life but never a NEW one. Thanks to Danny for treating me like a customer and not an intruder on his time. Thanks to Jor Harrison Honda for having the bike that I really wanted in stock. This has been a very pleasant experience and my NEW VTX1300S will continue to be one for many miles to come.

"This was my first time I've had my 2000 ST1100 in the repair shop and I have to admit, I was very nervous at first. I've had some bad and very expensive dealings with other repair shops for my automobiles and other motorcycles.
But the experience I had with your repair shop was great. I was treated with respect and they listened to what I had to say. The person I dealt with was Willie and he did a great job. Very helpful.
